Then u should be able to go back to the pot for a while until the water builds up again. If you choose to push forward with the same machine for any reason, I would suggest if you use ur pot side most the time, once u start getting the n the one cup side and release all the water and pressure within the lines. At this point the user is faced with do I keep the machine and push forward or do I buy a new machine? If you have the money, the easy answer is to buy a new machine because this problem won't fix itself and it's only going to keep happening if not more and more.

Over time the line fills and then one day it starts to actually leak out because it's became full of this residual water that's leaked into the line. It probably has a slow leak in it and whenever you run the pot side.water leaks into the one cup side slowly. My guess is the pump is bad or going bad. So then why when I opened it was it full? Which was probably leading to the leak.
